Our Story

The Last Twenty Feet

Why we are building a proximity radar for the professional world.

We have all experienced that exact moment. You step off a flight, pay for an overpriced ticket, and walk into a sprawling conference hall filled with the exact people you need to meet. The energy is palpable. The potential is massive. And yet, you grab a coffee, look around, and realise you are entirely blind.

You are reduced to squinting at lanyards, trying to guess if the person next to you is a vital investor, a brilliant developer, or just someone waiting for a pastry.

It is a bizarre reality. Over the last twenty years, we have built software that flawlessly maps the global professional network. We can find a co-founder in Berlin or a VC in San Francisco without leaving the sofa. But the second we step through the physical doors of a summit, that technology completely abandons us. The digital network stops at the last twenty feet.

We looked at this broken experience and realised it was not just frustrating. It was a catastrophic waste of human capital. Your next major client, your lead backer, or your life-changing hire could be standing right next to you, and you would never know.

We are building SyncRadar because we refuse to leave those moments to blind chance anymore.

We are not making just another throwaway event app. We are building the spatial engine for the professional world, designed to put the entire room in your pocket. But to do it right, we knew it had to be built around real human behaviour, not just clever technology.

Proximity is not enough. Intent is everything. Knowing someone is nearby is useless unless you know why they are there. By letting people quietly declare what they are looking for, whether that is deal flow, hiring, or simply advice, we cut through the noise. You only see the people who actually want to meet you.

We had to kill the anxiety of the cold approach. In high-stakes rooms, privacy is paramount. On SyncRadar, you are a ghost by default. You do not exist on the radar until you choose to, and no one can reach you without a mutual, double-opt-in digital handshake. Every single conversation starts warm.

Fixing the human problem unlocked the commercial one. By mapping these physical handshakes, we create what we call the Spatial Intent Graph. For the first time, organisers can actually see the invisible web of connections happening on their floor and prove the real commercial value of their room.

We have spent two decades staring at screens to build our networks. The next frontier is physical. We are bridging that last twenty feet, turning the lights on, and finally letting the room see itself.

Help us bridge the last twenty feet.

SyncRadar is pre-launch and building toward our first live pilot in October 2026. We are looking for people who believe that the best professional relationships still start in person, and that technology should make those moments easier, not replace them.

Partnerships

Event Partners

We are working with a small number of European event organisers for our launch. If you run a conference and want to offer your attendees something no other event has, we should talk.

Investment

Angel Investors

We are raising a pre-seed round to fund the product build and first live pilots. SEIS-qualifying. If the problem resonates, we would love to share the deck.

Advisory

Advisors

If you have deep experience in event technology, B2B SaaS distribution, or proximity-based products, we are building an advisory board and would welcome a conversation.
